Continued study of large stratiform region

NOTE:  Probably some wet radome attenuation at the beginning of this
study period.

Takeoff from Daytona Beach ~2055 and land ~2345 at PAFB.

Continued investigation of the large stratiform area, first to the
NE of KSC and then to the SW.
Large E fields thoughout the study. No evidence of anvil like
structure from the MER plots. Apparently very little wind shear.

Scatter plot of GEmag vs. 10km box avg reflect. doesn't have 
any points with box avg <5 dBZ and E >3 kV/m.
